Desmond is a designer and project manager who believes in people; working to build community ownership and empowerment throughout a design process. He places emphasis on understanding priorities and need in order to create sustainable solutions. Desmond set up icecream architecture in 2009 and has managed community focused projects that span design, research, engagement, regeneration, enterprise, service innovation and digital engagement.
